A concept, with the rules stated

Sports injuries: a cold source that lasts the whole tournament

Cold therapy needs 10 to 20 minutes, a barrier, and a pack that is still cold at the fourth match. A sub-zero cell inside an insulated wrap is a concept we are working on.

C1 Pro cold cell on black

Clinical guidance on cold therapy is consistent: apply for 10 to 20 minutes, always with a cloth between skin and pack, and let the skin warm before reapplying. Frozen gel packs sit below 0 °C and can cause frostbite on bare skin.

The tournament problem

Touchline first aid runs out of cold by mid-afternoon. Instant packs are single-use. A cool box of ice is a puddle by the second match.

The concept

A C1 Pro at −10 °C for eight hours as the cold source inside an insulated wrap with a built-in barrier, so it can never contact skin directly. Same rules: 10 to 20 minutes, cloth between, warm up between sessions.

What it is not yet

A medical device. The wrap needs to be designed and tested. We are stating the idea and the constraints, not selling it.
