What it is

Insulated bags for elements and pans

Carriers are how the system leaves the building. The B28 holds eight elements: eight charged H1X cells or eight frozen C1 Pro cells, in an insulated nylon bag with a handle, so the cells arrive at the venue at the temperature they left the kitchen. The B36 and the B62 hold pans: the B62 takes two full‑size GN pans and measures 56 × 36 × 31 cm.

Insulation slows temperature change; it does not create it. Charged cells and pre‑chilled or pre‑heated pans go in, and the bag buys the hour between the kitchen and the first cover.

How it works

Four steps · no flame · no cord
01

Load

Charged H1X or frozen C1 Pro cells in the B28; hot or chilled pans in the B36 or B62.

02

Zip

Insulated walls and a closed top keep the load at temperature in the van.

03

Carry

Handles sized for a loaded bag; the B62 with two full pans is a two‑hand lift.

04

Set up

Elements into the frames, pans onto the elements, lids on. Service starts as the bag empties.

Performance in transit

A carrier keeps a hot load hot and a cold load cold for the journey; how long depends on what went in and on the weather outside the van. Eight frozen C1 Pro cells in a closed B28 are a large cold mass and travel well; two hot GN pans in a B62 lose heat faster than cells do, so load them last and serve them first.

Do not mix hot and cold in one bag.

Lifespan, care and warranty

Nylon shells, zips and handles are the wear points. Wipe the inside after each use; do not machine wash. Warranty is one year on factory functions.

What it costs to own

A carrier replaces rigid insulated boxes and the ice packs that go in them. With elements in the bag, the temperature source travels with the food, so there is nothing to buy at the venue and nothing to set up beyond the frames.

Best applications

Where it earns its place

Off‑site catering

Cells and pans to the venue in one trip; no fuel, no ice, no generator.

Multi‑outlet hotels

Eight charged cells from the central kitchen to the pool bar, the lobby lounge and the executive floor.

Event pop‑ups

Everything for a two‑set stand fits in a B28 and a B62.

Last‑mile delivery

Frozen C1 Pro cells keep the final hour of a chilled delivery cold.

Field and remote service

Mines, sets and sites with no kitchen: the temperature arrives in the bag.

Not the right tool for
  • Refrigeration or heating; a carrier only slows change.
  • Unattended storage for hours; it is a transit bag, not a cabinet.
  • Mixed hot and cold loads in one bag.
